The staff was cooperative and amiable and the place was fairly clean. The location was perfect, near the centre of liverpool, and the room was perfect. The service was absolutely great. They offered ironing for free, that's pretty good.

Everything was very good, and it had excellent wi-fi. The room was fully-equipped and spotless and well maintained. Our kitchen included an electric kettle, refrigerators, and an oven. The location was comfortable, so close to Royal Liver Building. We got terrific services, very good value for money.

Nice hotel, stayed here for 3 nights and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The staff were very efficient and responsive and the room was fabulous. Comfortable location - walking distance to everywhere we needed. Popped in Cross Keys for shots before sleep, it was just a short walk away from the venue.
